During this “critical period”, thanks to the characteristics of brain development, can intervene positively: a nutrition level; family level, strengthening links and ties; and level of development, encouraging the child to psycho-emotional and motor level.
Mothers are providing different educational activities, promoting individual and social to generate a culture of protection of child rights resources relatives.
